Am I eligible for cashback with ShopBack?

You can earn cashback by clicking through the Pelago offer on ShopBack and making an eligible booking. To ensure your booking is eligible, please make sure of the following:

• ShopBack must be the last link clicked before making a booking.
• Payment must be made using a credit or debit card
• Promo codes can not be applied to the same booking
• The booking can not be cancelled or failed
• Payment cannot be made by KrisFlyer Miles

How does ShopBack cashback work?

In order to get cashback, ShopBack must be the last link clicked before making a booking on the Pelago website. If other website links are clicked after clicking through ShopBack, cashback will not be tracked. You must return to ShopBack and click through to the Pelago website every time you make a new transaction.

How much cashback will I get?

Cashback is calculated based on the cashback rate, for example, 5% cashback on SGD 100 spend = S$5 cashback earned. The amount spent excludes taxes, fees and service charges. Please note that prices of activity on our website are inclusive of taxes.

When will I get my cashback?

Most cashbacks are tracked within 2 days of making a purchase on Pelago. It can take up to 90 days after the travel date for the cashback to be confirmed and appear in your ShopBack account.

I didn’t receive my cashback.  

There are a few reasons why you may have not received your cashback:

• Your cashback is still processing: It can take up to 90 days after the travel date for your cashback to be earned and made available in your ShopBack account.
• Your cashback was not tracked: If ShopBack was not the last link you clicked on before making the booking on Pelago, the transaction may not have been tracked and not eligible for cashback.
• Payment was not made using a credit or debit card: Krisflyer redemptions are not eligible to earn cashback on ShopBack.
• A promo code was used when booking: Bookings made with promo codes are not eligible to earn cashback on ShopBack.
• Your booking was cancelled or failed: Only confirmed bookings are eligible for cashback on ShopBack, cancelled and failed bookings are not eligible.

Can I apply a promo code and get cashback at the same time?

No, a promo code and cashback can not be applied to the same booking. You can choose to either enjoy savings provided through the promo code or get cashback for the activity on ShopBack.

The amount of cashback I received is incorrect.

The amount eligible for cashback on ShopBack excludes taxes, fees and service charges. All prices stated on Pelago's website are inclusive of taxes.
