You can be assured that Pelago does not have any hidden fees nor charge any additional booking fees. When you complete your purchase, you will be presented with the total booking amount.
The amount payable does not include any fees such as Currency Conversion Fees or Foreign Transaction Fees that are charged by your bank or credit or debit card company.
Currency Conversion Fees
The amount payable will be charged in the currency you have selected. If you choose to pay in a currency different from your card's billing currency, your bank will perform a conversion at the prevailing exchange rate and may charge a conversion charge.
We will not be able to provide a refund for any differences post-conversion. As multiple currencies are supported on Pelago, we would strongly recommend that you make the purchase in your card's billing currency to avoid currency conversion risks.
Please reach out to your card issuing bank to verify the conversion rates and additional fees if any.
Foreign Transaction Fees
Some banks or cards may impose foreign transaction fees when making payments to merchants located or processed outside their home country. Bookings on Pelago are processed in Singapore. If your credit/debit card is issued outside Singapore, your bank may impose a foreign transaction fee.
We will not be able to provide a refund for foreign transaction fees.
