How do I provide my pick-up / drop-off details?
For applicable products, you will find a designated text field at in the 'Additional information' section of the booking page to input your pick-up and drop-off details. The information you enter here will be sent directly to the activity provider.
What if I don't know my accomodation at the time of booking?
Not to worry - If you don't know your accommodation at the time of making a booking, you can leave the Additional information field blank and proceed with the booking. Please contact Pelago Customer Care team here at a later date once your accommodation details are available.
To avoid any delays, please inform us of any changes at least 2 days before your activity date.
What if my accommodation changes after I've already booked?
If your activity date is close (2 days before or less), you may wish to contact the provider directly informing them of your change in plans. Alternatively, you can contact Pelago Customer Care team here with your updated information.

My activity is coming up but no one has reached out to me
The provider should be in touch with you after confirming your booking made on Pelago. If the provider have not reached out to you, please contact them directly using the contact details provided on your Pelago voucher.
How can I get in touch with my provider?
We recommend reaching out to the provider directly for urgent issues the day before, or on the day of your activity. The provider's contact details can be found on the bottom left section of your Pelago voucher, under 'Local Operator' section.
