How do I provide my pick-up or drop-off details?
For applicable activities, you will find a designated text field at in the 'Additional Information' section of the booking page to input your pick-up and drop-off details. The information you enter here will be sent directly to the activity provider.
I'm unable to provide my details during checkout.
If you can't find the 'Additional Information' section while checking out, please contact the Pelago Customer Care team to provide your pick-up and drop-off details.
What if I don't know my accommodation at the time of booking?
Don't worry – If you don’t have your accommodation details when making a booking, you can leave the 'Additional Information' field blank and complete your booking.
What if my accommodation changes after I've already booked?
If your activity date is approaching (2 days or less away), please consider contacting the provider directly to update them on your change in plans.
To prevent any delays, please inform the provider of any changes at least 2 days before your activity date.
My activity is coming up but no one has reached out to me.
The provider should be in touch with you after confirming your booking made on Pelago. If the provider has not reached out to you, please contact them directly using the contact details provided on your Pelago voucher.
