How do I make bookings on Pelago via Kris+?
To access Pelago, simply select the 'Pelago' button located on the Kris+ app's home page. You will then be directed to the Pelago Home Page, where you can explore a wide range of attractions and make your bookings.
Do I need an account to make a booking at Pelago?
A KrisFlyer account is required in order to make payment via Kris+. However, having an account with Pelago is not mandatory. It is recommended to sign up with Pelago to enjoy additional benefits to users when making bookings.
What payment methods can I use?
You may choose to pay with KrisPay miles, your debit/credit card through Google Pay (for Android devices) or Apple Pay (for iOS devices), or a combination of both. All payments will be in SGD.
All Visa and Mastercard® debit/credit cards supported by Google Pay or Apple Pay are accepted for payment for Pelago experiences. To check if your debit/credit card is supported by Google Pay or Apple Pay, please contact your card issuer or refer to their webpage.
I am being directed to Pelago website instead of Krispay when making payment.
You will need to update your Kris+ app to the latest version before you start making bookings.
I do not have sufficient miles. Is partial payment of miles allowed?
On the payment screen in the Kris+ app,, select ‘Use KrisPay miles’ toggle to offset the amount with the number of miles displayed in the app. The balance amount will be paid via your Apple Pay/ Google Pay setup with KrisPay wallet via debit card or credit card. Alternatively, you can also top up your KrisPay Wallet by converting miles from your KrisFlyer account or points from Kris+ partners’ reward programmes (available in Singapore only) at any time.
Can I earn KrisFlyer miles when booking on Pelago?
You will be able to earn 3 KrisPay miles for every SGD 1 spent, which can be transferred to your KrisFlyer account. Refer to the app for the latest earn rates, as promotions may run periodically.
Earned KrisPay miles can be transferred to your KrisFlyer account within 21 days of making the qualifying transaction. To do so, simply tap on the "Transfer to KrisFlyer" button shown in the miles earned confirmation screen or transaction details screen. The KrisPay miles earned for any transaction can only be transferred to your account in their entirety.
KrisFlyer miles will have a validity of 3 years from the date of accrual in the KrisFlyer account and will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of the KrisFlyer programme.
How do I view my Pelago bookings in Kris+ app?
You may click on the Pelago icon on Home screen and click on “View Bookings via Kris+” to view your bookings. Do note that only Pelago bookings paid via Kris+ from 23 October will be visible on the Kris+ app.
How can I access my confirmation vouchers through the Kris+ app?
Although the voucher download feature isn’t available yet on the Kris+ app, you can easily access their confirmation vouchers through the following options:
- WhatsApp (if applicable)
- Booking confirmation email
- Pelago Account through Pelago.co

I am not able to use a promo code for my Pelago booking via Kris+ app.
Currently, you are not able to apply Pelago promo code when booking via Kris+ as it offers fantastic benefits and discounts you can enjoy. While Pelago promo codes cannot be applied through Kris+, you can easily enjoy them by booking directly with us here.
How long will the refund take to process?
If your refund request is accepted, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Credit/Debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to show up in the customer's bank statement.
