Can I book room category that is not currently listed on Pelago?
- Certainly! Room categories not currently listed on Pelago are available for booking, subject to availability. To assist you further, please complete the Disney Adventure Cruise Enquiry form via our Help Center at https://pel.sg/help. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with the availability, the latest pricing, and guide you through the booking process!
Will I be able to choose a room/deck?
- This option is not available for Disney Adventure Cruise bookings via Pelago. However, you may specify your preferred position on the ship, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Are changes allowed?
- Please note that there may be price differences associated with any changes.
- Name changes, an amendment fee will apply if made within 44 days of sailing.
- In the event of a cancellation and rebooking, any prevailing promotions at the time of rebooking will be applicable.
- Kris + : For any changes to a Disney Adventure booking made through Kris+, please contact Pelago via pel.sg/help. To assist with an upgrade or amendment, the original Kris+ booking must be cancelled. Customer can then rebook the upgraded room through Pelago.com or Kris+, applying any available promotions on the respective platforms.

- Kris + - Payments can be made Credit Card, Apple Pay, KrisPay Miles
How does payment for Disney Adventure Cruise booking on Pelago website work?
- For Disney Adventure Cruise purchased via Pelago website, upon booking confirmation, customers will be required to pay 20% of the total booking amount.The remaining 80% is due 101 days before the sailing date.

On the due date for the final payment, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the credit/debit card on file unless alternate payment arrangements are made in advance.
- If the final payment is not successfully processed:
- You will be notified promptly via the contact information provided at the time of booking.
- A grace period of 7 calendar days will be provided to resolve the payment issue, during which you may update your payment information or make an alternate payment.
- If payment is not successfully resolved within the grace period, Pelago reserves the right to cancel your reservation. In such cases, the deposit amount and any payments made may be forfeited in accordance with Pelago’s cancellation and refund policies.
- Any promotional discounts applied will be reflected in the total cost of the booking. The remaining balance will be divided into two payments: 20% due upon booking confirmation, and 80% due 100 days prior to the sailing date.
Does the price on Pelago include port fees?
Yes! The price you pay on Pelago includes all taxes and port fees.
How can I book for an infant?
For most itineraries, the minimum age to sail is 6 months. If your infant will be between 6 and 11 months old at the time of embarkation, please contact us via this form to facilitate your booking
