What is the Pelago Referral Program?

The Pelago Referral Program rewards both existing and new users for inviting friends to book with Pelago.

• An existing user who shares their referral link is called the Referrer
• A new user who signs up and makes a booking using that link is the Referee.

How do I start referring?

For Referrers (Existing Pelago Users):

• To start referring and earning rewards, you must have at least one successful booking.
• Once eligible, the “Refer & Earn” menu will be visible in your profile or rewards section on both the Pelago app and website.

What qualifies as a successful referral?

A referral is considered successful when:

• The Referee makes a booking and completes their activity/experience.

• The Referrer receives their promo code reward 24 hours after the Referee’s activity date.

The Referral Promo Code is not showing in my account.

If the referral promo code is not showing in your account, it could be due to the following reasons:

• If you are a Referrer:

  • The person you referred has not placed a booking yet, or

  • They have booked an experience, but their activity date has not passed. Your referral promo code will only be credited 24 hours after their activity date.
    
    

• If you are a Referee:

  • Promo codes from the Referral Program can only be used on the Pelago App. Please download the app and check if the promo code appears in your rewards section there.

I am unable to apply the referral promo code to my booking.

If you are unable to apply the referral promo code, it could be due to the following reasons:

• You are booking on the website instead of the app:

  • The referral promo code is only valid for use on the Pelago App. Please download the app and apply the code there.
    
    

• The minimum booking amount has not been met:

  • Check the Rewards section in your account to see the minimum booking amount required for the promo code to apply.
    
    

• The referral promo code has been fully utilised:

  • If the code has already been used, it will no longer be valid.

How do I apply the Promo Code?

Promo codes received through the Referral Program can only be applied via the Pelago App.
To use your promo code:

1. Book an experience through the Pelago App.

2. At checkout, tap on “Promo Code” – your available promo code will be displayed and ready to use.

3. Select the promo code and complete your booking.

Important Notes:

• If you have multiple promo codes, be mindful that some may only apply to first-time bookings. Consider using those first to maximise your savings.

• Promo codes cannot be stacked – Only one code can be applied per booking.
