How It Works

Find a Lower Price: If you discover a lower price for the same activity on another eligible platform, ensure that the price includes taxes and excludes discounts.

Submit a Claim: Before your activity date, submit a claim with the website link and a screenshot showing the lower price, ensuring it matches the activity details exactly.

Verification: Pelago will review your submission within 5 working days.

Promo Code Issuance: If approved, you'll receive a promo code for the price difference within 10 days after completing the activity.
Important Notes:

If you used a promo code on your Pelago booking, the difference is based on the final discounted price you paid.

The difference will only be issued after Pelago verifies that the lower price meets all eligibility requirements and after the activity is completed.

Only one request per booking is allowed.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Best Price Guarantee:

The compared price must include taxes and exclude discounts.

Booking details must match exactly: same activity, inclusions, options, operator, visit date, number of participants, and currency (unless unavailable; Pelago will use prevailing exchange rates).

The lower price must be publicly available, verifiable by Pelago, and bookable online.

The other price must be at least SGD 1 (or equivalent) lower than your final Pelago price (after discounts).
Ineligible Scenarios
The following do not qualify for the price match:
