When using Pelago, you may need to register and maintain a Pelago account. In doing so, you agree to only have one account, unless we’ve specifically approved otherwise.
Pelago accounts cannot be shared, assigned, or transferred to someone else.
Why does this matter?
Having multiple accounts may cause issues such as:
- Payment or booking failures
- Your booking request being rejected, depending on the activity or offer
If we detect more than one account under your name, we may:
- Decline current or future booking requests
- Ask that you to keep only one account and help you deactivate the others
