How can I make changes or cancel my booking?
- Use the link or QR code in your confirmation email
- You can modify or cancel up to 24 hours before your activity date
- Note: No cancellation is allowed for 12-seater or larger vehicles
Will I earn KrisFlyer miles for this booking?
- Yes! You will earn 8 KrisFlyer miles per S$1 spent.
- Miles will be credited after your trip is completed
- Miles will be credited up to 2-months after the activity date

What are the guidelines for luggages/Carry-On?
- Standard luggage and carry-ons are limited to a maximum size of 28 inches.
- Special luggage (e.g., baby strollers, bicycles, surfboards, and wheelchairs) must be selected as an add-on during booking. The additional cost will be reflected at checkout.
What is the driver waiting time policy?
- Drivers will wait up to 45 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.
- A buffer time applies (depends on specific airport rules).
- If the passenger does not show up within the waiting time and buffer period, the booking will be voided and the customer will be notified.
- Drivers can track flight delays in real-time and adjust pick-up times accordingly.
Note: If a flight is delayed by 3 hours or more, the booking will be voided automatically.
