This means that the provider has yet to accept your booking. Your booking is not confirmed at this stage. An authorization hold will be placed on your bank account, but you will not be charged until the booking is confirmed.
Your provider has a stipulated time to review your booking. Once it has been accepted, you will receive a booking confirmation email with the vouchers for your activity. You will also be notified if the provider rejects the booking and/or offers an alternative slot.
