You can locate your booking confirmation (or e-tickets/ vouchers) in two places:
1. Booking Confirmation Email, E-ticket or Voucher
Once your booking has been confirmed, the booking confirmation email, e-tickets or vouchers will be sent to the email address you provided when you made the booking. Your vouchers are in the form of a PDF attachment. Do check your email for the attachment, or check your spam or junk folder if you are unable to locate the email. Alternatively, reach out to us via this form if you need further assistance.
2. Pelago "My Accounts" page.
If you have logged in to your Pelago Account before making your booking, you can retrieve the booking voucher and view the booking statuses on "My Accounts" page.
Do ensure that your browser (Safari/ Chrome) has not blocked pop-ups, as it may prevent your voucher from loading.
Did you make a guest booking?
If you have made a booking as a guest user, you will not be able to view your booking details in "My Accounts" page unless you have an existing account. Kindly refer to the booking confirmation email that was sent to you instead.
To view your booking details, you can sign up for a Pelago account by simply clicking sign up on your booking confirmation email. You can then set up a password and your account will be set up right away! You can then login to your account and click “Bookings” to view your bookings.
All bookings matching your registered email will be listed in your booking page.
