You can retrieve the voucher from the booking confirmation email or download them from "My Accounts" page > "Bookings" tab. It is important to review all the details and information on the voucher carefully, especially the "Redemption Notes" section.
For most activities, you are only required to simply present your mobile or printed voucher to commence the activity.
However, for some activities, you may be required to follow an additional step for further confirmation with the provider (such as slots reservation) while others require you to exchange your Pelago voucher for their tickets at a designated location.
