We know that sometimes plans change and life gets in the way. Before sending a request to cancel your booking,
1. Check the Cancellation Policy of your booking
The cancellation policy applicable to your activity is indicated on your voucher or on the activity page under the 'Additional Information' section > 'Refund/Cancellation Policy':

If you are allowed to cancel your booking,
Ensure that you are within the free cancellation period and proceed to Step 2.
Examples:
- Free cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance
- Free cancellation up to 2 days in advance
If you are not allowed to cancel your booking,
You will not be eligible for a refund unless for exceptional circumstances. Refer to our Cancellation Policy. Note that any unredeemed component of your activity, partially or fully, will be deemed forfeited.
2. Cancel the booking through your Pelago account
Refer to the following steps:
Log in to your Pelago account on your desktop/device

Once logged in, click on 'Bookings' to find your upcoming bookings


Click on the 'Cancel booking' button, and select the reason for cancellation that best applies to you


All done!
Once the booking is cancelled, an email notifying you of this cancellation will be sent to the email address of the booking.
Should you wish to cancel a booking, some experience providers may be able to offer you an alternative date/time/activity. Please reach out to us via this form if you are open to changing your booking or if you are facing any issues with cancelling your booking.
