To view whether the Miles have been added, refer to the following steps:
- Login into your KrisFlyer Membership
- Scroll down to "Recent Activities"
- Click on "See complete statement"
If you do not see the Miles, ensure the following:
- The activity date has passed, as it may take up to a week after you’ve completed your activity for the KrisFlyer miles to be credited to your KrisFlyer account
- The booking is still confirmed, as cancelled or failed bookings are not eligible to earn KrisFlyer miles
- The correct KrisFlyer membership number was entered when booking
- The booking user name and names of the KrisFlyer account matched
