If you have redeemed your KrisFlyer miles to make a booking, you will not earn KrisFlyer miles for that booking.
Otherwise, if you have paid with other payment methods and noticed that you have not earned KrisFlyer miles, ensure the following:
- The activity date has passed, as it may take up to a week (or 7 calendar days) after you’ve completed your activity for the KrisFlyer miles to be credited to your KrisFlyer account.
- The booking is still confirmed, as cancelled or failed bookings are not eligible to earn KrisFlyer miles.
- The correct KrisFlyer membership number was entered when booking.
- The name on your Pelago booking matches the name registered on your KrisFlyer account.
Name Mismatch.
If you entered the wrong name when booking or received an email from KrisFlyer stating that the Miles could not be credited, your Miles may still be credited if:
- There was a typo or misspelling in the name (e.g., John Doe instead of Jogn Doe)
- There is a mismatch between your Chinese and Christian names (e.g., Tan John Doe instead of Tan John)

I missed out on entering my KrisFlyer Membership Number.
If you have missed out on entering your KrisFlyer membership number for a booking, we are unable to retroactively credit the KrisFlyer miles for that booking.
Please note that KrisFlyer Miles earned will be removed if the cancellation is processed after the activity date has already passed.
