If you have redeemed your KrisFlyer miles to make a booking, you will not earn KrisFlyer miles for that booking.
Otherwise, if you have paid with other payment methods and noticed that you have not earned KrisFlyer miles, ensure the following:
- The activity date has passed: It may take up to 7 calendar days after the activity date for the KrisFlyer miles to be credited to your KrisFlyer account.
- The booking is still confirmed: Cancelled or failed bookings are not eligible to earn KrisFlyer miles.
- The KrisFlyer membership number is correct: Ensure the 10-digit KrisFlyer number was entered correctly during booking.
- The name on your Pelago booking matches the name registered on your KrisFlyer account.
What happens if there was a name mismatch between my Pelago booking and KrisFlyer account?
You may have noticed it right away, or later receive an automated email from KrisFlyer stating that the KrisFlyer miles could not be credited due to a name mismatch.
Please note that all KrisFlyer miles earned are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
We are unable to retroactively credit the miles, unless for the following scenarios, which will be subject to our approval:
- There was a typo or misspelling in the name (e.g., John Doe instead of Jogn Doe)
- There is a mismatch between your Chinese and Christian names (e.g., Tan John Doe instead of Tan John)

I forgot to enter my KrisFlyer membership number. Can I still earn miles?
Unfortunately, if you did not enter your KrisFlyer membership number during the booking process, we are unable to retroactively credit the miles for that booking.
What happens if I cancel my booking after the activity date?
If your booking is cancelled or refunded after the activity date has passed, any KrisFlyer miles earned from that booking will be removed from your KrisFlyer account.
