If you have redeemed your KrisFlyer miles to make a booking, you will not earn KrisFlyer miles for that booking.
Otherwise, if you have paid with other payment methods and noticed that you have not earned KrisFlyer miles, ensure the following:
- The activity date has passed, as it may take up to a week after you’ve completed your activity for the KrisFlyer miles to be credited to your KrisFlyer account.
- The booking is still confirmed, as cancelled or failed bookings are not eligible to earn KrisFlyer miles.
- The correct KrisFlyer membership number was entered when booking.
- If you have missed out on entering your KrisFlyer membership number for a booking, we are unable to retroactively credit the KrisFlyer miles for that booking.
- The booking user name and names of the KrisFlyer account matched.
Simply reach out to us via this form if you have entered an incorrect KrisFlyer membership number or name when booking. For verification purposes, supporting documents may be requested.
