- The activity date has not passed
- The booking was cancelled
- The product booked was not eligible for earning miles
- The KrisFlyer membership number was not entered at booking, or it has been entered wrongly.
It may take up to a week after you’ve completed your activity for the KrisFlyer miles to be credited to your KrisFlyer account. Should there be an error in the number of Krisflyer miles credited, please reach out to us via this form.
