Card Payment
If you are having an issue with card payments, please ensure:
- You have entered the correct card details (CVV, expiry, name)
- The card is still active or not expired.
- There are sufficient credits on the card
- The payment method is accepted by Pelago
For issues relating to card issuer, kindly contact your bank directly for further assistance.
Apple Pay
Ensure the following:
- You are using the Safari web browser on a desktop or mobile
- You have fully set up and enabled Apple Pay in your device settings
Refer to Apple or contact your bank/card issuer if a payment card that you use with Apple Pay is declined.
GrabPay
Ensure the following:
- There are sufficient funds in your GrabPay Wallet
- The One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent via SMS to the mobile number you have entered. Check that you have entered the correct mobile number linked to your Grab account
- Your device is set to receive the OTP and has a telecom service to receive SMS
- If the OTP is sent via email, please check all folders in your Mail account to locate the OTP email
Refer to Grab if you did not receive the OTP.
Google Pay
Ensure the following:
- The card information in your Google Pay account is up-to-date
- You have fully set up and enabled Google Pay in your device settings
Refer to Google Pay Help or contact your bank/card issuer if a payment card that you use with Google Pay is declined.
PayNow
Ensure the following:
- You have enabled a pop-up setting on your device, as the QR Code will appear in a pop-out box
- There are sufficient funds in your payment account
Repeated Payments for PayNow
After successfully completing a transaction with the QR code displayed, any subsequent attempts to pay using the same QR code are rejected. To confirm this, please refer to any notifications via SMS or emails from your card issuing bank or payment app, which will show that the payment attempt was rejected.
Alipay
Ensure the following:
- Check that you have a stable internet connection
- There are no restrictions on your account
- There are sufficient funds in your payment account
Refer to Alipay for assistance with your account.
WeChat Pay
Ensure the following:
- You have authorized the transaction by entering your WeChat Pay password
- The transaction amount is within the limit
- Check that you have a stable internet connection
- There are sufficient funds in your payment account
Refer to WeChat Pay for issues with your account.
When you are not able to pay with digital wallets - Apple Pay, GrabPay, Alipay or WeChat Pay - consider paying by Card, PayNow (for Singapore-based payments) or KrisFlyer miles!
