If your booking falls within the cancellation period of the activity and qualifies for a refund, your miles will be refunded into your KrisFlyer account. This process will take up to 5 - 14 business days from the date of cancellation. Please log into to your KrisFlyer account via Singapore Airlines Website to check if your miles have been refunded.
