When you have made a booking request and paid with KrisFlyer miles, but it turned out unsuccessful (did not get confirmed):
Your KrisFlyer miles will be refunded to your KrisFlyer account. This process will take around 5 to 14 business days from the date you made the booking.
When your booking that was paid with KrisFlyer miles was confirmed, but later cancelled:
As long as your booking falls within the cancellation period of the activity and/or qualifies for a refund, your KrisFlyer miles will be refunded into your KrisFlyer account. This process will take around 5 to 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
The refund of your KrisFlyer miles will be reflected in your KrisFlyer account.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund of KrisFlyer miles to be reflected in your KrisFlyer account. To locate the refund:
- Log in to your KrisFlyer account on the official Singapore Airlines Website.
- Scroll down to "Recent Activities".
- Click on "See complete statement".
If you did not receive the refund of KrisFlyer miles after 14 business days, contact us using this form.
Your KrisFlyer miles will retain the original expiry date that it had prior to your use.
If your KrisFlyer miles were set to expire before the refund, an extension of the expiry date may be possible, subject to the discretion of KrisFlyer.
