Do check that the email address entered when booking is the same email address registered in your KrisFlyer account. Alternatively, we recommend logging in to your KrisFlyer account using your 10-digit membership number.

The KrisFlyer membership number entered when booking is invalid or incorrect. 

Refer to your KrisFlyer account to enter the correct 10-digit membership number. You may log in to your KrisFlyer account on the official Singapore Airlines website.
