This will help ensure the code is applied successfully without errors.

For card promotions, make sure to use the exact card specified in the promotion to qualify for the offer.
Redemption limit (e.g. only eligible for 1000 redemptions) of the promo code has been met.

The promo code’s validity period or campaign period is over.
The validity or campaign period of the respective campaigns or promotions is indicated in the Terms & Conditions or newsletter. Extension of campaigns or promotions is not possible, or subject to Pelago's sole discretion.
