1. After checkout, you will be directed to the 'Booking Details' page. Enter the booking information then you can proceed to the 'Promo Code' section.
In the 'Promo Code' section, you will be shown the promotions that you are eligible to apply to your bookings.
- Click on the "Claim" or "Apply" button of your preferred promotion
- Once done, please ensure that you see a green tick and an amount deduction
2. Verify your phone number and/or email address, if you have not done this before.
You are required to complete security verification if:
- you are using a promo code for the first time,
- you have not previously verified your phone number,
- or not verified your email address upon sign-up.
Verifying Contact Number
Otherwise, when the contact number entered in the booking has not yet been verified with Pelago, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be automatically sent to that contact number through WhatsApp.
- Enter the OTP.
- Click on "Verify phone number".
- If the contact number entered does not exist on WhatsApp, the OTP will be sent via SMS.
- Keep a lookout! Allow up to 15 minutes to receive the OTP, depending on your internet connection or network carrier.
Verifying Email Address
When the email address entered in the booking has not yet been verified with Pelago, the OTP will be automatically sent to the email address.
- Enter the OTP.
- Click on "Verify email address".

3. Successful verification!
Upon successful verification, there will be a clear indication in both the booking details and the "Order Summary" that the discount has been applied and the discounted amount will be reflected.
Can I apply multiple promo codes for one booking?
Only one promo code can be applied to each booking at one time.

Click on the "T&Cs apply" link and further click on the "Learn more" button.
I have a Gift Card. Do I follow the same steps as above?
That is right! If the value of the Gift Card is able to offset the total booking amount, no further payments will be required.
